A friend of mine's mom has full blown lung cancer. Never smoked or neither has she been around anyone who smoked. What can you take away from the rest of us to protect her?

Sugar is worse for your health.It hardens the walls of all your cells allowing them to become dehydrated and not allowing your lungs to work properly.
