What's up with the beginning and the still image looping? Well, this seems better for an action type song, and not a depressing one like Never Too Late. Matching your video to the song, not so much, but it is pretty good for your first video. Hell of a lot better than mine (I used gifs!).

But giving a rating excluding the fact that this is your first, I'd give it a 3/5.

You don't need expensive programs, just try to match up moods with the song and use appropriate transitions for it.
