Firefox Problems round 3/Plea for help

Not hard on Firefox at all The problem spread to windows users a couple of years ago! Pay no attention to responses from the 5 year old girls like PAREDESURFRIR who have nothing to do with their time but look at porn and tell OTHER people to get a life and call names. YOU provide a service and that girl provides........ Mozilla, a bunch of ungrateful, soulless mindless Corporate drones who have forcibly screwed over EVERYONE who helped them become a household name, no shame, no remorse!

what for me helped is this..

download the addon ad blocker PLUS for firefox,,

then add this to it so it will block it,,

s .ytimg. com/yt/swf/PMS*.swf

(but everything on eachother , cause i couldnt do it on eachother, comment dont post then)

and then it will work, for me it did=) busy for hours with it:/ but finally a solution

I know exactly how to fix all of Firefox 3 Crashes! You are all in luck, I know how to fix it! It deals with a certain folder that makes it does that! A bug! Just look at my newly uploaded tutorial on it! Thanks!

Dude, any idea why suddenly certain YouTube videos won't play on Firefox anymore?

I'm on a PC and some videos load saying "This Video Is No Longer Available," but the same videos play just fine in IE.

I'm thinking of ditching Firefox for this reason alone.

I know I'm a few months late to give advice but have you tried opera browser? it's also multi platform. It "might" work better but you probably tried it already. Opera existed before firefox and had tabs, and highly compatible with IE websites. I say highly because since it isn't based off the MSIE engine it only loads them just a tad better then firefox. :P

Firefox fans don't get mad for what i said. I'm not saying opera is better, just saying for those specific websites that only work for IE, opera loads them better. doesn't mean the opera engine is better then mozilla. not in the least. :P

Unfortunately, it seems the only other options are to use alternate browers on OS X.

Use Safari 3, which is contained in the Tiger 10.4.11 update or use Opera.

I use, or have used, Firefox on my Macbook Pro and I always have problems with it freezing up randomly, requiring a force quit and restart.

Hopefully Mozilla will fix this with Gran Paradiso(Firefox 3). Maybe you can delete every instance of Firefox and try an alpha build of FF3. Many of the popular extensions already work with FF3. I switched to Vista for similar reasons. However I still miss OSX a lot!
