if anyone remember, last season he had a mild stroke. It was during night time they were all crabbing on deck and Capt. Phil was in his cabin smoking, and all of a sudden he had problem breathing and smooshed/squished his cigarette so tight and it lasted atleast 2 minutes and when everyone found out about it they were so worried and want him to quit smoking and he said yes then after an hour or so he became agitated and irritated so he decided to smoke again.
