The man on the bridge stops walking just before impact. Could be that he saw it coming. Maybe if he had turned around he would have been save and run back towards where he came from from the moment he (assumingly) realised that he was in danger if he had jumped the last part, just maybe.

Naa,, not really a mirace.. He rode the cement down with some resistance. It wasn't that far of a drop. The guy may have had his bed risen because it was broke..

there were at least 3 pedestrians walking in the bridge at the moment of the impact...
You can actually see one standing watching the impact and then falling to the street and two other walking 8 or 10 meters ahead that guy, which at the moment of the impact you can see'em vanished when the bridge collapsed.
