The guy at Baja like all the others on these shows needs to listen! they all ask for help then down everything the people trying to help say, come on if it was working and the food so great why would they need help?
Aria is a well known restaurant in Australia but Matt Moran is a complete wanker and from a chefs point of view really not that great. It is simply the people he has working for him at Aria that made it good.
