I feel like it starts at home....I was bored all day when I was in middle school..but, it never crossed my mind to go and stomp out an innocent person because I wasn't raised that way...My mama didn't play that. So many parents just let there child do what they wanna do and try to be there kids friends so the younger generations half of them don't even know what discipline is. Now, I do believe a child should be responsible for there own mistakes, but nontheless it starts at home.

I believe that its how they are raised...No love, attention, appreciation, affection at home. They will get it from the streets. They are bored because their parents aren't doing anything with them.
