i can never can understand the USA. why dont they have a proper health care system. it makes sense rather than keep people on welfair due to mentle health, its cheaper to employ people part time and make your income up with some sort of income top up.people say good health is socialisam for fuck sake grow up america.it cost alot in poor health to keep people traped in the poverty of benifits.

Im 19 but yet not ready to live on my own and my parents want me to get a job but since being autistic it takes me longer to grow then most. i do wish i can often get help with getting a job program suitible for aspies or some help if want to live on my own in the future. so i understand how you feel. i wish you luck! keep it up! and i have faith in you :)
You have a great sounding voice. Have you ever considered doing voice-overs on a part-time basis? Google it and you can post a profile with some promo samples. Do some free work to get some experience. Connect with a videographer in your area if you'd like to get something started...they tend to need voice overs for business videos.
Go to a different psychologist. If you feel that the problem is AS and she's not listening to you, she's doing more damage. In fact, maybe you should either find one who specializes in AS issues, or even dispense with therapy altogether. I have never had a psychologist who didn't damage me further. I've done a lot better since I gave up on psychotherapy altogether. Even the specialists don't believe that we are people.
this is a really good video..You know I have a lot of questions for you due to I am struggling with alot that you say about yourself is true for me as well..I am currently going to a Psycholagist and she will not diagnose me due to she thinks I am a functioning adult with a mental illness..I am hurting on the inside just wanting someone to hear me..I feel I have aspergers....she asked me what I would do different if I was diagnosed..I couldn't answer that ?..I feel very lost indside....

A label was a necessary thing in my case, because I needed an explanation to why I dissembeled during loud noises and couldn't be socially "correct" and endured hidious bullying and later "why can't you act your age" by Dr.s. With my aunt's help I finally found someone. I hope you have too.

you arnt from the uk are you,over here you are a benifit cheat or fraudster they dont even test adults i left school in 1979 so i never got tested i just got sent to 3 special schools i had to do my own testing on line,mentle health services in the uk are fuking useless at best we will not spend monney on it.just call people lazy..jeff..48 more likely an aspie i pass all the test on line.
@petchharrison No, I'm from the US, where they want to repeal what good did come of healthcare(reform) "Obamacare". I took the online test and passed with flying colors. What makes my blood boil is, having a higher I.Q. people think that I am too smart to feel pain from loud noises. The ignorance regarding sensory integration disorder in AS people really has made me bitter along with age discrimination by "NTs".

Have you been tested for Lyme induced Autism Spectrum??? My son has this and was diagnosed with many other psych diaxnosis before properly diagnosed.
