i have a replica and just last weekend i was in one of the largest parades in the US the texas flambaeu night parade held in san antonio, sad to say that out of about 500,00 folks downtown on a 3 mile strech, no-one has put a video hear on tube.. very sad for me.: (

I remember seeing all four of those episodes that KITT was damaged and repaired. Three of those instances were two-parters. I'll never forget "Knight of the Juggernaut" after KITT was severely damaged and after he was repaired, probably one of my favorite atributes that KITT ever had besides Turbo Boost, Super Pursuit Mode.

Junk Yard Dog one of the best episodes of all time. It was crazy when that frontend loader picked up Kitt and dumped him in that acid waste and they had to rebuild the whole care. Cool stuff.

It's been a while, but who was 'Peter Parros' character to Hoff?

Peter Parros came in on season 4 as RC3 and he and his Chicago buddies rebuilt KITT after he was destroyed in the season 4 pilot by the Giant RAM Vehicle. After KITT was rebuilt(SPM also installed by Bonnie) and the bad guys beaten at the end of the episode Devon hired RC3 (Parros) to work for him and FLAG which made him another show character for the final 4th season if that helps.

This song goes totally well with the video footage. Poor K.I.T.T. Now this was the real Knightrider! No CGI bullshit. In some of the shots, they used models for KITT. They went through a lot of extra Pontiac Firebirds! If you look carefully, you'll notice the stunt cars for KITT didn't have the T-Tops and I think they used the base models instead of the Trams Am.
