Worst advice ever. The only bands who should care about image are crappy hair-metal bands from the 80's and the fucking Jonas Brothers. Style is the most least important thing, what's important is the music, not how you look.

Sorry but that is rubbish. Live music is just as much about PERFORMANCE as the music, perhaps even more so. Dressing up, jumping aroung, trashing the stage or whatever all form part of the performance.
