I'm pretty sure they're referring to Rainbow Warriors as in rainbow children. It's like the idea of the indigo children, or crystal children, who have acheived a higher level of spirituality. They're saying everyone can be a rainbow warrior. It's not about gayness and how gay people are the 'bestest'.
