I think Esoteric is one of the best lyricists out there, along with everyone in AOTP. To me, however, it seems like Eso is underrated compared to everyone else in AOTP. That's just my opinion.

Esoteric is sick, he has great poetic skills and his lyrics are on point....it's just his flow that sometimes throws it off. Sometimes he just switches up the rhymes, and in some songs it's good and adds something new....but in some songs it just sounds like he ran out of ideas.

Also, with guys like Planetary, Paz and Celph on the same tracks, they tend to take most of the shine and most of the hype. I ain't gonna deny his abilities, it's just the flow that gets to me sometimes.
