Pirocagrande : You can say all what youu want about Patrizia : You don't like her voice ? Good. You dont like the interpretation ? Good.

But don't say :" Technique is not good",because for singing Turandot , the soprano must have a tecnhical of prim'ordine.

And Madame Morandini have it!

Her voice is so full of 'added' fat to it that she cannot sustain or reach the top notes. It is not a free voice, it is muffled..probably fills a small theater, and in a big space the voice loses reach..technique is NOT good.

Dear boy, you must have some problems with your audio. The turandot of this recording, to Belo Horizonte (in Brazil) country of birth of Mrs Janaina, (your friend), it has a theater of 1780 places, where the voice of the Morandini arrived thin to the last place. It's not a "full of added voice fat", but a great voice, not with any problem on the acute tones (top notes?) :-))) Do I regret for you, but because you don't change the speaker's of your Pc?
