Meg knew that Cas would never just give her his dagger because she's a demon and she could stab him, so she kisses him to ease his tension, but seeing a porno (about a pizza man and a woman having sex with spanking [which was said in a previous episode if you even bothered to watch them all]) with a man and a woman being so passionate with their kisses he wanted to try. Even if it was with a demon. No one ever did relieve the boner he got.
