This break is called Fete, just west of Kokobrite and Accra. Great spot, especially when the larger swells come in the summer. Good for most surfers of various skill, except when the really big swells roll in every once in a while. I surfed this place alone many, many times, and was shocked to find this video. Good stuff.

I surfed the spot, too. Although today it is referred to as: White Sands Beach.But I must say, it is not so easy to surf. Getting out to the waves between the rocks is a bit dangerous. You can see some of the rocks pointing out of the water in the video. Plus, the waves head right for a huge rock, so unless you are able to get around it, you better jump of in time.

Above all, you must be lucky to get some good waves, as otherwise the rocks wouldnt allow you to get out in the first place. Nevertheless, great spot even today. Thanks for the video!

The only way to get out when the waves are low, is to swim as fast as hell when the waves pull back. As you can imagine you need to be really fast and its a bit dangerous.
