It's Liberation, this is not KH get it right. Assuming that Aya has the ability to transition between bodies I'd assume it has something to do with the ability of containing Eve's cells inside her body. (Yes she does have Eve's mitochondria, go play the first game again and get the EX ending A.K.A True Ending)
