His "in the moment euphoria", the true thrill that a kid has when he or she learns how to ride a bike, gets a push from mom or dad on a swing, climbs a tree, sells their first cup of lemonade, watches a bird hatch....it is all summed up here perfectly! @katdangers Best thing about kids....everything they know and feel is pure. You can tell that he's feeling a release in the moment that is as much symbolic as it is anything. Congratulate him for me. Tell him to stay on that thing until he ends up on a podium somewhere. I found my confidence in myself on a snowboard. I know how he feels. It's frustrating that some folks cannot refrain from picking on an excited child.

THANKS, LITTLE DUDE!! I'm trying to lose a lot of weight to improve my health. I'm about 35 lbs down with another 65 to go, and I've hit a wall and am just not losing any more weight. Today I was thinking about just giving up, and then a friend linked me to this video.

I'm going to watch this video before and after my workout EVERY TIME to help keep me in the right frame of mind.
