@39Auldkellier That's not what he said at all... It doesn't curb our democratic rights. In fact, it makes our Republic more Democratic by getting rid of an elitist wing of Government... Are you actually deaf?

Mitchell among its other members have been suggesting rejoining the commonwealth. The only reason this lot want to abolish the senate is to replace with the house of lords, we live under an elitist regime either way. hitler wasn't answerable to an upper house, he wouldn't allow one to exist, it depends on what way you look at it
