Meat, vegetables, prefer boiled instead of fried things and most important, do you see how Scott works out? Yeah, he doesnt expect some protein powder to do the magic for him. And, if you can't tell by listening, you can definitely tell by watching, that he lifts with momentum, not with strength. This is poor advice coming from someone who was blessed with a good build. This information is useless for his target audience.
