@solidskateboards by any chance does it tell you how to make rocket fuels that the ingredients are available to be bought in Canada?? i have the problem that potassium nitrate and most other extreme oxidizers are banned in Canada and you cant buy them without having the police show up at your home.....
@Bunjabee Well potassium nitrate isn't an 'extreme' oxidizer by any means. The book just uses that, sorry about that. Too bad it's not allowed in Canada. Are you sure? Richard Nakka uses it exclusively and he lives in Canada. Google his site, maybe he has some information. Hope that helps.
Been waiting for this. Just ordered it!! I like your new website your page for submitted videos is cool but I missed the instructions on how to submit videos to you.
@captainengine91 Thanks, I'm still working on it today. I wasn't happy with the video page and the only thing I could put up temp was the youtube links. I should have a better player up there today or tomorrow. Hope you like the book! Write a review on amazon if you'd like too.
@solidskateboards Will do! I enjoyed your last websites gallery (several years of useful information) with the videos and the project summary information. It was very helpful, will you be archiving your old videos & summaries for viewing....
Looking forward to seeing YOUR apogee detector plans! It is something we have been working on for quite a while.
@captainengine91 Hmmm...honestly, I didn't thing anybody ever read those. That's why I went to videos, much more creative. Anyway, the site is lacking the data from all the old projects but I did include some pictures. Of course it's a work in progress. let me know what you think.
Nice, I am working on an "I" size rocket with 8 "C" size external boosters, and I am working on the payload bay right now. As my rocket is quite a bit smaller than yours, I have gone for a fully electrical flight control system instead of the mechanical apogee detector like the one like you have, as well as a thermal sensor to eject the payload early. I still need a good tutorial on the fuel and the parachute piston so will be sure to check your book out if it covers that.
@brainiac777 It covers everything on the coyote rocket. The engine, the apogee detector, rocket body, parachute piston, parachute rigging, nosecone and fins. Good luck with your project!!
I think its pretty cool that i stared watching your videos starting with "Sugar Kno3 PVC Blast tube static tests" to now. I think one of your best videos was "Coyote Rocket Flight" it was well edited and over all enjoyable. I now see why you didn't make a video on how to make the parachute piston but it if that is in your new book then that makes it a must buy for me! Thanks for the videos keep up the good work! :-)
Dan .....you did a good job with your commercial almost like Billy Mays yell it and sell it. The only thing missing was order yours today Operators are standing by.

How about an E-Book version?, I'd buy right now! I hate shipping crap to Canada, duties are a bitch.

@101Hellpit I was going to do a Kindle version but the Kindle format doesn't support graphic heavy texts like this one.
