Looks like a faber castell pencil. Anyway, awesome rendering, but you might want to use a reference for learning the shape. Ofcourse, not all eyes are the same.

Yes I have 1 tip to you. before you draw the hair you should paint the place with light gray (use the 9b pencil softly )
