the commentator doesn't see the big picture he's very focused on what walshy is doing as an individual. walshy sacrafices to give his team mates a large advantage some times and bringing rockets into their lobby was a good move it was unfortunate that they saw him. walsh was going for body shots because they cause the enemy to back down so that his team can gain top control. the more people that have to back down the better.

the reason you use the instasplode is to not give the enemy a chance to dodge the grenade. this is especialy useful on heretic because your main nade is plasmas and with decent headphones you can dodge them with your eyes closed.

if you watch any of walshy's gameplay from the last 2 tourneys you'll see him do something commonly known as the instasplode. what the instasplode does is it launches one grenade off the placement nade which is the one bounced off the wall. if he throws the first one dirrectly on the ground he won't be able to throw the second one in time to catch the explosion and shoot out at the person.
