Jumping is incredibly frustrating. It took me dying about 30 times before I finally got it. When you land on the trampoline, wait until it stops completely, then jump. You will go up a little. When the trampoline goes down, press and hold X, then when it is at its lowest point, release X. You should jump higher. Move over and you can jump to the upper trampolines. Its frustrating because it is literally almost at the end of the level.

jumping : when the spring goes back up you jump before the spring moves back down .... gotta time ur jumps just right or u wont jump at alll or not very high ... takes some practice, but if u watch the video u can see where he is jumping ... as the spring is "at the top" before it moves back down ...

The trampoline reference is wring, actually. When jumping on a trampoline, you push off with your legs at the lowest point, where the tension is at it's greatest. Not as your coming back up already.

you have to jump the same time as the trampo-pad goes down

not exactly. You have to jump as it's coming up, in other words, build rhythm in sync with the platform. Just like a trampoline. You jump when it bounces up against your feet. You wouldn't attempt to jump as you're landing in the trampoline would you? It would be very awkward and difficult to do.
