WoW= MMO Diablo=Small Party Online WoW= Hi Fantasy with Elves and Dwarves etc Diablo= Low Fantasy, Gothic horror setting WoW= more group based and about raids and quests Diablo= hack and slash mostly solo or small group WoW= set loots Diablo= randomly genrated lots WoW= turned based combat, slow Diablo= fast paced hack n slash WoW= small amounts of enemies Diablo= tons

Diablo =gritty WoW= warm, welcoming, cartoony. Pacing is very different. Diablo is about getting out there and hacking and slashing and killing and becoming god like. It is about power. WoW has a lot of non-combat features etc. I don't know but people who love Diablo mostly wouldn't like WoW as a replacement

he talks about there not being any tutorials etc...but isnt that part of the whole thing with diablo 2? you HAD to learn everything yourself...like with any early game. and that drove you so much harder to actually master the game, the learning was part of the challenge, not just killing monsters. i think todays kids that have access to all the tutorials, doesnt really delve deep enough into the game to fully appreciate it?

Yo, you need to remember that this game is over 10 yr old. Best game ever. first RPG game that got in to peaple big time. Diabblo 2 and 1 made history. I don't play anymore bcs if is kinda too old now. and graphcs are not quit close to what the game snow adays offer.
