Good. This needs to go out to every home in America especially ones with children. I work for a company that verifies appointments for their parents who seek our our service. Today over 20 children answered the phone and I politely asked to speak to the name on my screen and got hung up on alot. It sounded like they were looking at their caller ID box to dictate to them what to do. what if I was someone in your family calling to tell you that someone died? Would you treat that person like shit.
