Lets say Nintendo does use this. Some guy with another popular vid will probably want his in it too (or at least the fighting crowd). It'll go on and so forth like that. Another thing is copyright issues. Nintendo did not make this, thus not allowing usage. Also, if they did, they don't want to pay anymore people money.
