Firstly, nicely edited video it's good to see some effort put into this kind of material.

But I have to disagree with your rotation. You've made more so a priority list, there is a tried and true rotation for 14/0/57 Unholy w/Reaping which is PS-IT-BS-BS-SS-DC-HoW-SS-DC-SS­-SS-DC-(DC) the last DC is in parathesis because you will only have enough runic power to cast the second DC every second time you go through your rotation.

2 things - use glyph of disease (refreshes diseases with pestilence instead of IT/PS) and you get another SS. Also, a frost D/W spec gets great DPS, and in cataclysm a frost dual wield spec is going to become the dominant DPS spec. i get 6k in gear worse than yours on the same dummy. Unholy isnt bad, but frost is better.

@snerd8 single target glyphs for unholy are also set in stone they are of the Ghoul, Icy Touch and Dark Death. Tests using Rawr show that in BiS gear Unholy is better than Frost and Blood in 3.3.5 by about 1k DPS, Frost is nice but when you get to high end raiding (25Heroics) Unholy starts to pull away from the pack.

this works good on single targets, but dont forget a unholy dk works best on multiple aponents... so if you are fighting, for example ony and she spawns her babys u should always add petiliance to your rotation (you probably do this but allot of unholy dks dont) in combenation with wandering plague and ebon plague makes the dps on adds insane if you have decent crit chance

Faceroller addon really is handy, its the same like face smasher right? On boss dummy my dps is around 3.6-3.8k and normal lvl80 dummy 4.5k with 5k GS, got all the crafted armor icc+toc patterns and use quel'dalar, frost/unholy spec. Thats without buffs only my own, is that good or sucky? :P

When I'm Unholy I'm dpsing with frost subspec (as per elitist jerks) for the extra haste and frost/shadow damage. Plus, we really need that free interrupt.

Now it might be the difference in weapons (dual heroic FGC vs. the 2hander axe saurfang10 regular drops) that accounts for the lower dps, but its a lot lower. like the difference between 12k and 9-10k.

I can get Shadow's Edge any time I want (I have the bloods), but I'm not really overly eager to do so. I'm afraid it wont outpreform frost
