Can you install the GTR exhaust with leaving the stock Catalytic converter and stock resonator? I ask because I would a system that is deeper than stock but not quite as loud as the GTR system!
Catback with full mandrel ends and t3 stainless steal. Top knotch quality for a fair price. resonator deleted and a modded magnaflow muffler origionaly designed for an F body. He has had this same muffler on a camaro with over 400 whp. Trust if flows plenty and maintains ideal backpreasure. Ive seen this guys house and all his real toys. He knows his shit.

Sam built this system to bolt right up. I had the very first system and had it on on 06 v6 and am 07 gtp. Both sounded amazing. But mine was welded when he installed it. Part of the whole taking a chance and buying it first.

well the 06 GTP 4 speed auto or 6 speed man and the 07 GT with the sport package come with a 6 speed man but you get the weaker motor. Thats the push-rod 3.9 The 07 GTP/ 08 GXP have the 3.6l and a 6 speed auto with tapshift. And its pretty decent in stock form but once it is tuned its like a different car.
It wont sound like this because the 3.6 is DOHC. But they can still sound pretty good. Look into getting a magnaflow muf and some larger tips. It will look great and sound damn good.
Interesting how a car that does 0-60 in a second slower beat a car that is faster. Your 1/4 is a low 15 at best. Every 2007 GTP I have seen runs a 14.5. Your car must be really fast. You might have run one with the 205 hp motor. Not the one with 252. You prob ran a GT which runs a 1/4 in low 15's to a 16.

I have run plenty of cars. I've run Mustang GT's and a Charger Daytona and cars that run times close to them and yet to loose to them. People have been running 14.5's with a broken in stock 07 GTP. I am getting a tune pretty soon. Just waiting to find the one I want. I'll have my lil bro ride with me sometime to record a couple races. We don't have a track around here.

@Cardinal1468 Well you can but it will take some cutting and welding. The cats stay on anyways but the res and stock muffler are removed.
