i just got gm and if you have a gm char on a live server then you can mail it to him you can't trade it (though i havn't tried) so try either one i know that mailing works though

This actually works. I did not think so at first so I entered my secondary account's name and he entered it into blizzards database. Never once asked for the password. Now im playing as a GM on my server. My main account also has GM abilities now.
