damn, it took me 93 octane tune, CIA and UD pullies to get 13.2 @107 lol ...this guy did 13.4 stock .....what kind of tires do i need?

I have the stingers and love them there is some drone at 2krpm but not bad at all and if you drive with the windows open there is no drone. I actually want my car a little louder. I'm going with a magnalfow catted X pipe.

I'm looking at this exact setup. Would anyone tell me how bad the drone is at about 2000 RPM? My car is an everyday car, and I couldn't stand a real bad drone. One to ten, how bad is the drone? If 10 is having to talk unnaturally loud to have a conversation inside the coupe.

The drone is a 8-10, but not so bad if you have a stick.

@srvguitarrulez I spent alot of time researching exhaust sounds. The FRPP/Borla Stinger exhaust is the best sounding exhaust for these cars. To be fair there is a some drone, however nothing that would stop me from owning this exhaust, it sounds fantastic. If you want drone free, check out Corsa. If you want a mean deep sound get the FRPP/Borla Stingers.

You should get some LT's for it, I have the same mufflers with JBA LT's and it sounds ten times meaner.

sorry scott17345, they can, ive got an 05 gt, I ran 13.7@102 in mine, in these 3 valves, you gotta suck real hard in the 1/4 (or have a auto lol) to run 14's...

300 hp car, 3600 lb's, I see no reason why they wouldnt be running 13's with a 5 speed or automatic transmission. Maybe even quicker with the auto's now that they have them so much more advanced than they used to be.

If you ran 13.4 with just mufflers then I'm doing something wrong. I have borlas cai/tune and went 13.43 on stock tires. What is your launching technique?
