  • jeff gordon is a racecar driver not a doktor.

  • Hey, quit using the word tighten. Tension can happen on any form of contraction. Think of a rubber band in lengthening... it tightens on eccentric. How about using proper term which is shortening.

  • he says testicle at 2:46

  • For someone who knows so much about muscle he looks pretty bitch made.

  • numbering the videos helps. just fyi

  • Great video! I have a different muscle imbalance than the one you have mentioned, my doctor said that the left side of my pelvis is lower than my right side, which makes my right leg longer than my left, not by much though. I just noticed this 2 years ago but I thought doing certain strengthening exercises would help fix the muscle imbalance in my legs, but it hasnt helped. I was wondering if you have any suggestions on what I can do to fix this? Or If I am doing anything wrong?

Muscle imbalance is not really that easy. There is usually a problem of flexibility, strength and muscle coordination during movement. One muscle is usually shortened anatomically (contracture)or has shorter length due to increased muscle tone. This is not necessarily a problem of increased muscle strength.

Otherwise muscle imbalance can mean that one muscle is strong and the other is not strong enough to oppose or control movement during fast or loaded movements.

  • Thanks (: Good video ! Gonna help me out alot with my exams :) x
