I have literally just returned from Vinnitsa as I go there very often. I saw this fountain's opening displayand returned several times afterwards. Very nice, very clever. One question though. These fountains cost a reported $8 million dollars. Would this money have been better spent on healthcare in Vinnitsa or improving the inhabitants life.
