They can do this because their faith is strong. Weak Christians need rules and regulations because the temptations of this world are too great for them to overcome, and the things they do to their bodies change them mentally as well. However, Paul also tells the Strong ones not to tempt the weak.

You say you only like hymns, what if I took a hymn, say "Lord, I lift Your Name on High" and added a bass and a "pagen" drumbeat. Would it then become a pegan song, or just another way to praise the Lord? It doesnt change the meaning of the song. So would that be pagen? Both are being honest. One is great, one is terrible. Also, Dante had not affilliation with the bible, he wrote his book based off what was simply the medieval concept of Hell. There is not necessarily any truth to it, it was just a story written by someone.

Probably 90% of conversations is someone trying to manipulate someone else...even your post is so rly don't try to act like you arin't doing it. Also give me a reason why its not easier to just say you yourself are a god and end it like that? Takes almost no thought to put yourself first, seriously don't see how having something true to follow is easier then doing whatever you "Reason" yourself into doing.
