Aperte o botao de voltar (Botao central do Iphone) e o Botao de desligar. Aperte so dois ao mesmo tempo e mantenha-os pressinados.

Vc vai dar um reboot no seu Iphone. Com isso ele pedira para voce conectar no Itunes. Vc conecta RESTAURA O Iphone e ATUALIZA.

Detalhe: quando voce conctar o Iphone no Mode de recuperaçao no seu pc e abrir o Itunes, ele identifica automaticamente o que deve ser feito.

Push the back button (center button of the iPhone) and the power button. Press only two at a time and keep pressin.

You go to reboot your iPhone. With that he asked you to connect to Itunes. Connects you restore the iPhone and UPDATE.

Details: When you conctar the iPhone in recovery mode on your PC and open iTunes, it automatically identifies what should be done.

I had the same problem. I went to apple store and they said many 2nd gen models had this problem. They replaced it with no warranty or receipt. Hope i helped

HOLD the power and home buttons and wait for the screen to turn off then press the home button to see if it is off. After that just start your iPhone/iPod/iPad and voila it should work as perfectly as new!

I have fixed many iPhone screens and when my sisters did this it turned out the underside of the capacitive touch screen was chipped cutting out the static currents rendering it inoperative despite evidence of damage on the outer screen

Cant you hold the power and home button for about ten seconds so it will turn off.

Maybe when you turn it on you will have better results. Just a suggestion :)

i think its the ribbon that connects to the main board, that sometimes loosens?

Without thinking of the DFU Mode (At the jailbreak etc.) Hold both the Power and Home button for 10 seconds, don't like keep the home button pressed in, just keep both buttons pressed, and it'll force a shutdown...

u should have tried holding a flame against ur screen (the whole screen). just very quick, so its just a tiny bit warm and then press on it for a few seconds, that might have worked
