@futuresingaporepilot Ive seen that! but therotically, they all didnt fail, they eventually cleared the molten volcanic ash once it cooled and freed from the engines, they restarted
@Trex1094 yes they did ALL restart but if u wa he is saying is that a 4 engine failure is impossible. that flight shows that it is possible for all 4 engines to fail simultaneously but it is very rare.
Hi, This is Deilpo from Freesky Productions. I'm here to tell you about our new FSX and Real Aviation group. We're only new but we hope to get bigger. @Kevinelevn1 in fact, even single engine aircraft will hardly hardly ever have an engine failure... did you know the company has to make maintenance every 50 hours the aircraft flies? Like I can guarantee you you'll never see an airliner having a mechanical issue ever, most of the accidents are caused by pilots who weren't prepared to be in command regardless of their level of experience.
I got tired of the ridiculousness of FSX, I'm a real world pilot and I can tell you that FSX doesn't even remember what a real aircraft is... just to begin with none of the aircraft represented in the game handle like the real ones and their cockpits don't get even close, yet they claim it's as real as it gets. Sims are just sims, not even a multi million dollar Level D Simulator can be compared to the real aircraft. On top of that, the game performs terribly and is just a total crap.
@icyanima89 actually, what happened was on the day that SQ006 crashed, Taipei was under the wrath of Typhoon Xangsane (i think that's how you spell it). SQ006 pilots had terrible visibility, and ATC's instructions were poor. SQ006's pilot thought he was turning onto Runway 05L, but he had turned to soon and was lining up on Runway 05R, which was closed for construction. SQ006 performed the take off run, and as they lifted off, the nose of the plane struck a scoop loader. (continued in next post)
set thrust full, nose down and clean up at 12000 feet if and after you recover from the stall set flaps 5 and thrust 85 percent and check and maintain all flight systems- then resume flight
First of all, your take-off speed was a bit low. You started pulling back too early. Also, when you are gliding, you should keep your flaps up to keep your speed up, and keep the pitch down slightly. When you stalled you set full flaps, and pitched your nose up... Worst idea ever, while stalling...
You don't put flaps down while gliding. You keep up so you can keep the speed up. You lower the flaps only when you're ready to land. It's like slowing down a rock that's still.
Quote 'there were no survivors', 'everyone on board died' end quote. Well if you there were no survivors obviously everyone on board died lol!!!! great video tho 5 stars
dude you don't set full flaps if you're stalling, that's a horrible idea. The extra drag will just slow you down even more causing you to need a higher angle of attack to keep altitude. You should glide at the best glide speed for the 747 with recomended configuration.
dude you don't set full flaps if you're stalling, that's a horrible idea. The extra drag will just slow you down even more causing you to need a higher angle of attack.
First of all you clipped the Airbus before you even got to the runway. Secondly, crashing with ONE engine on fire???? c'mon bra. Think the pilots had a litttle too much sake at the sushi bar before this flight!
@dominus211998 the plane tried to take off during typhoon xangsane and it mistook a taxiway for a runway... basically weather and pilot error so stfu about singapore airlines.i know ur mom is a prostitute on board 1 of ryanair doggy flights
Singapore Airlines crashed at taiwan because the runway was wery wet and it was raining heavly that day with bad visibility so it just slipped and turn and boom.... the first crash in singapore airlines....
That was part of the reason why it crashed. It was also on the wrong runway. That runway was under mantainence and had cranes and stuff on it.
Because of poor visibility, the ATC couldnt see that the 747 was on the runway(I assume) and cleared that plane for takeoff. Both the pilot and ATC was in the wrong.
@icyanima89 actually, what happened was on the day that SQ006 crashed, Taipei was under the wrath of Typhoon Xangsane (i think that's how you spell it). The singapore airlines crash is due to Taipei's airport's lousy communication that lead to the wrong decision of the runway for the flight's take-off. Unluckly, there's a crane or w/e construction vehicle on the runway, and the flight just scrapped on the vehicle to crash. Thats the only crash incident for Singapore Airlines, They have a very clean record.
So you should really blame the crash on ATC & bad visibility, not SIA.
if you read the " history " clearly you'll know that singapore airlines fight 006 , actually got screwed on takeoff due to high speed of winds and low visibilty while taking off from taipei
Low visiblity is one of the reason. It was a night flight too It actually got onto the wrong runway. The runway it got onto was under mantainence. There were cranes on the runway or something. The 747 tried to lift off before hitting the objects on the runway but failed to do so. Singapore flight 006 had takeoff clearence by the ATC in Taipei. The ATC didnt know the 747 was on the wrong runway :/ Both Singapore Airlines and Taipei ATC were to blame. However, Taipei didnt take any responsiblity.
maybe that is what happened with the air france flight. it got struck by a lightning bolt. the lightning bolt damaged the aircraft and jammed the throttles to 0. the pilot glided the plane to see if he/she could land. shortly they realised that they would never make it. they stalled and descended so rappidly it tore the aircraft apart. the roof came off. all passengers drowned including cabin crew and pilots. the only remains was a seat and a few other parts.copy and paste to remeber AF 447!
Singapore Airlines is the safest airline in the world. AA is not as safe. AA crashed like 20 times. SIA? - Once. But it was the ATC's fault. Singapore Airline admit that they are in fault because they dont want to push the blame to others. If something happens to their passengers on their aircraft, they are willing to take responsibility. Unlike other airlines :)
No Qantas(Australian Airlines) is the safest and has not crashed or had any problems with any casualties!!!!!! (Not including old Bi-Planes or test planes from the '20's)
Queensland And Northern Territory Aerial Service
Also Jet Star, Virgin Blue and Tiger Airways have never had a crash in their history.
Qantas have crashed before. But not fatal crashes. One of them, Qantas B744, VH-OJH crashed at Bangkok on 23 September 1999. Qantas have more emergency landings compared to Singapore :) Singapore only have 2. Qantas had 2 or 3 in two months last year. Thanks for you comment :)
great video and great music, good subtitles and good action, although wouldov been good to see a engine fire than you making a quick emergency landing
It always does that when the engines aint workin. No matter how many times you press ctrl+e, it wont work because I already set the failure settings. Thank you
Flaps down attempt to give lift (but not significant), but decrease speed significantly. Hence, it will worsen stalling. This "crash" may be avoidable.
There were no survivors. Everyone on board died.
Sorry, but I laughed like crazy at that part.

what the hell ,
how is american airlines safer, it had over 20 crashes ( not including 911)
So tell me , how the hell is it safer ( or safe at all for that matter.)
SIA only had one crash and that was the ATC's fault!
so, i agree with him, research b4 uttering rubbish!

great video and great music, good subtitles and good action, although wouldov been good to see a engine fire than you making a quick emergency landing

lolz you could see the flying tip say "your engines are not started.Presc cntr+E to start them.
daylan16ismyrsname 3 years ago
It always does that when the engines aint workin. No matter how many times you press ctrl+e, it wont work because I already set the failure settings. Thank you

NICE everyone on board died! :)

Flaps down attempt to give lift (but not significant), but decrease speed significantly. Hence, it will worsen stalling. This "crash" may be avoidable.

Hmmm... You glide with your flaps down?
kevin009 3 years ago
Yep. I did.
