This cannot be the hardest difficulty, that dude would have been dead by the first two blows.

The Chemical Thrower is the best weapon for beating Atlas. Use the ionic ammo and he can't do anything against you. Electric Flesh tonica help, too.

Use your Active Camouflage until the alarm goes off and ignore the Splicers.

This is a very easy Boss fight!
