If people used the higher parts of their consciousness and listened to their intuition, world peace could quite simply be achieved. World Peace is impossible. It's impossible for everyone to get along and for there to be no conflicts as long as wealth and religion continues to play a part in society.

If you want to create peace, work hard to get to a position of influence, youtube, message boards and your laptop are not the places to instigate change. @Aceofbucketandspades No, with wealth comes greed. It doesn't matter if we accept those who are wealthy, they will always want more and strive for power. Religion has been the cause of conflicts since the beginning. Yes it would be nice if people could accept each others religions and opinions, but that's not realistically possible. Therefore, there will never be world peace as long as those two things continue to exist. They are the very foundations of what war is normally about.

@TheCiahast Wealth only comes with greed if you are corrupt. Wealth, if spent correctly, can make the world a better place. You cannot blame wealth for the world's troubles. What is to blame is human weakness in morality. And whilst religions may have different ideas, ultimately, they are only preventing the peace that most of them ask for from their 'Gods'. As soon as you reject idea, instead of just accepting the view, not necessarily believing it, you cause conflict.

Fear is both friend and enemy, friend as it warns us of mortal danger and keeps us safe, enemy as in it can create dangers that don't exist and makes us act like insecure toddlers. Fear can make us cruel, selfish and violent. There are those who are so afraid that they inspire and maipulate fear in others because it gives them the illusion of control and power. The day we contol our fears is the day that world peace will break out, not before.

@PapSnatchBrim You meet the occasional people, but it depends where on the internet you look. When you have a site like this with so many videos on so many topics, with such an open commenting format, there will always be people who will come to be hateful and insulting.
The worst thing would be to hate them for it though, because then we are just as bad as them. Its hard to deal with hateful people, but fire doesn't put out fire, just as hate wont put out hate.

@GeorgeEJWaites I read your comment, and understood what you meant, but fighting fire with fire does work, fire can put out fire. lol for example, in a bush fire, they set controled fires to stop the main fire spreading so it stops, it's the same in this case, you just reason with them, and stop their hate spreading :)
