  • I was looking for the written instruction on yo blog bt couldn't find it. Is there a different link?

  • @jairyde I changed the blog back from a newer view that is experiencing errors. The links should go directly to the blog post now.

  • @tjw1963 Thank you!!! One other question. How can I adj the pattern to not have the popcorn stitches??

  • @tjw1963 Nevermind. I see it now, LOL.

  • I love all you videos and have made many of them.

I would love to see a video for a triangle shawl that is NOT use the granny square stitch. Something pretty, but just haven't found the pattern myself yet. If you can sometime I would love you to do one.

Thanks, Happy New Year and keep up the good work.

  • I'm a fan of slouchy hats and I like this kind of style but can you make a version without the popcorns? Or can I just do that by just replacing the popcorn with hdc/dc?

  • @KnitsAndCrochets You can work this hat without the popcorn and work the half double crochet instead. If you want the cap slouchier, work more increase rounds and make more rounds.

  • are you redoing your older vids ? they'er great neat to see the older ones n see the new ones u r sooo good a great teachercs

  • @thomasmccarty09 This is an older video that I uploaded the other day. I put the two parts together as one. This was one that was missing. I was not sure if I would get the missing videos back, but I did last night. YEAH!! I am going to leave this up since the whole video is together instead of parts.

  • Last time I made a beret, I used the right size hook and a yarn that I commonly use for my plushies, and the hat turned out too small for even a baby. You keep talking about '# ply' and 'worsted weight', but we don't have that system in holland... Our yarns list what sort of crochet hook or knitting needles you would usually use. If your yarn lists what hook to use, could you tell me? It'll be a better guide to what thickness yarn I need XD

  • @Purly 5.5 mm crochet hook.

  • You are brilliant and generous!

Many thanks for your easy to follow tutorials, at last I have the confidence to get those balls of wool out!
