@4evercelina The gel & spray helps to keep it neat, so there aren't any pieces coming out or sticking up. It is important for on stage - especially when you are dancing or moving around. For every day, you probably wouldn't need it - or need as much
@vhs122345 You can do it either way. If you use curlers or spikes, you would curl then gel and put in a pony tail. If you are using a curling iron, usually you put it in the pony tail first, and then curl.
@selenaanddemifan1237 If it is a dance on stage - these work great b/c they keep the hair out of your face. We also did vids at the salon for washing, drying, curling and straightening with a flat iron. Hope that helps!
what if your hair is extremely thick and afro frizzy curly - hence impossible to straighten without chemicals? i can get my hair wavy without chemicals but not dead straight.
@duckyy88 The main thing for performers on stage is to have the hair neat & out of your face. It probably would not matter if there is some wave to it - just try a heavy duty gel or products made for thicker/frizzy hair to try to get it as tame and neatly back as possible.
We did the other video on hair buns which have a part. Usually you just need several good combs & a few tries. - Sometimes even after you put the gel you will notice a piece out of place. You just need to go over the part with the comb again & gel the errant piece into place.
@fitforafeast ok, i just thought it would make a nice video dem. also the technique for zig-zags too if they aren't too "last week" :-) i lke your vids as you are very good at what you do and make it look easy
Did you have dancing that day or did you just make the video random xoxx
