I love creme brulee, but I don't like flan, it's the texture. which is weird, since it is so similar to creme brulee. Never even heard of creme catalina... what is it? And I would still enjoy the souffle video if you're up for it! Thanks!
Well Creme catalina is like a custard type jelloish dessert. It is very similar to Brulee, but good also very light. Which type of souffle? I have not done one in awhile but yea that sounds like fun, why not?
Yes,I have actually. the Flan is excacte in everyway but, it is just upside down. and the creme catalina is much like Brulee but it uses Milk instead of Heavy creme. But light and nice.
