  • Ok so I purchased some citric acid powder from a store around my house, citric acid anhydrous"

I put my smack in a spoon, added enough citric to dissolve the heroin, and shot that shit. within 2 seconds my fingers felt tingly and then my hand and fingers swelled up, my arm looked like it had silicone injected and got wrinkly and I got no high, probably because I stopped half way because of the pain inb my fingers.

2 hours later it was gone. what happened? I know it's good dope

  • @ontariobuds Hi, it sounds like you might have accidentally injected into an artery (anhydrous just means 'without water').

  • @ExchangeSupplies I know, I just wanted to say exactly what it said on the bottle.

is there a way to tell a vein from an artery? There was blood in the syringe so I would of bet my last dollar it was in a vein, the other week I had injected in the same spot without citric, no high. I thought it was the citric but an artery makes sense I guess. The good thing is it has scared me away from injecting...for now at least. Do you know if your sachets are available in Canada?

  • @ontariobuds hi, you pretty much bet your arm it was in the vein - and nearly lost.

Being put off injecting sounds good to me - it's the most dangerous way to take drugs by far!

google the safer injecting handbook for more info on injecting risks/harm reduction etc.

  • @ExchangeSupplies I'm sad to report I have moved onto injecting. however the good news is the dope I get doesn't need any citric. just heat the water. I will order all my gear from your site to keep it as clean as possible.

  • @kripkiller102889 That is because a lot of the heroin in the US is white (or off white) heroin aka "H4 or Heroin #4. Heroin 4 is heroin hydrochloride the salt form of heroin. The heroin in the UK is brown (or fawn) aka H3 or Heroin #3. Heroin 3 is heroin base and as such it requires an acid in order to dissolve in water.

H4 can be compared to cocaine in the sense that both are hydrochloride salts and H3 can be compared to crack in the sense that both are in base form.

    Cont..

  • @kripkiller102889 The term H3 and H4 come from the steps in the manufacturing process, there is no H1 or H2 however.

The 1st step would be opium, step 2 would be morphine, step 3 is heroin base (H3) and step 4 would be heroin hydrochloride (H4). These are the VERY basic steps.

In the 4th step hydrochloric acid is added to turn the heroin base in to a salt, this is a more refined product.

In the case of black tar, this does not require an acid either, it is sometimes referred to as H3.5

  • QUESTION

i iv smack since 1999.9out10 times i use plain lemons.

99percent of all junkies i know also use lemons cause there are always easier to find.is it true that lemon sugars form crystals inside our streams blocking our veins even quicker?

  • @andytsa the problem with lemons is that there's a candidal fungus that can grows on the lemon when it's on the tree that can survive, and get into the lemon juice, when injected the fungus can grow in the back of the eye, causing problems with sight and even blindness.

  • @ExchangeSupplies is there a name for this fungus? i would imagine so.

  • @ontariobuds hi, the fungus that can grow on lemons, and then infect injectors are candidal yeast infections... i think there's a number of related organisms that can infect people.

  • @andytsa Lemon juice is VERY dangerous horrible stuff to use. As Exchange Supplies already said lemon juice can contain a fungus that can lead to blindness and even fungal endocarditis, a very serious infection of the valve in the heart. This can be very difficult to treat since the valves in the heart have no direct blood supply.

Endocarditis has a high mortality rate.

It is easier to get a "dirty hit" (aka cotton fever) from lemon juice also, highly unpleasant.

  • so you put citric and water? where do you buy citric?

  • @zitianaki in a citric shop

  • Thank you for this video.. I'm always telling my mate that he doesn't need to use a full sachet just to dissolve 1 bag but he won't listen. Even after seeing how much citric i use he still usee a full sachet. I can now show him this video.

  • good vid but you could also put that on the sachet itself for i know many many long time users that don't have a clue about how it really works

  • @666yanco They actually do put some information on the sachet. One of them is something like, 'one sachet (100mg) of citric acid is enough dissolve 1 gram of heroin'. I am paraphrasing but it is something like that.

I think 1 gram might be a bit on the high side now a days (well maybe not right at this moment due to the recent poppy blight and VERY poor quality going around in many parts of the UK) but most certainly one sachet would do ½ a gram NO PROBLEM.

  • i think that you could also try and put this message about citric use on the sachet itself coz the truth is many many people still don't know what you just shown in the vid and im talkin about long time users.....btw. good vid...ta

  • @666yanco we do put harm reduction messages on our sachets, but there isn't room for the full description of what people should do and why... hence the video.

  • I just have to say to you, exchange supplies, that it's high time someone made videos of this sort & put them on youtube. I thought your video on sterilizing syringes was brilliant and I wanted to say thank you on behalf of all the viewers as it's more than likely you've saved many lives.

  • I posted this video about 2 months before this one appeared. I didn't ask permission and should have done. I have been in contact with Andrew since via email and he said it was OK and i didn't have to take it down.

So i appreciate that and apologise for not seeking approval to post it. This video is actually better quality, the correct aspect ratio and better sound, the one i posted was my first attempt.

Regards to Exchange Supplies for the tireless and often thankless job they do.

  • i wonder where the heroin comes from that the chemists use for research?

  • this heroin was seized street heroin, given to the university by the police for research purposes... the purity ties in with other testing we've done at other times on bought street deals of heroin, and so what happens on camera is the same as you could expect from illicit heroin bought in a £10 bag.

  • That presenter is so gay! LOL!!1!1eleven

(OK, it couldn't be a proper YouTube video without a thousand comments saying how gay it was. I just thought I'd get mine in first.)

Nice work and thx for the DVD.

  • Hey thanks exchange supplies for this interesting and informative film!

Whatever view point people may have on the causes and the nature of addiction, it's important to minimise harm as much as possible, so that the addicted person is still alive and as healthy as possible when they're ready to stop their using.

What I'm trying to say is harm reduction helps!
