This woman probably had severe depression or some form of social anxiety problem which led to her to not ever wanting to leave the house. She never took out the trash and only ordered in or went to a drive-thru to avoid crowds. Once the trash problem grew beyond control, her condition resulted in her figuring "to hell with it" and she continued to live like this until it got as bad as you see in the video.

Years ago , I delivered a pizza to a lady who lived in a trailer, and it was worse than this. This lady had at least 5 or 6 cats and there were gnats and flies everywhere, and I actually had to go inside to call my boss to approve a discount (no cell phones back then!) The whole floor was covered with at least a foot of trash.

This is still the second worst I've seen though!
