There needs to be a law that protects veterans if the government admits loosing your medical records, if the government looses your records they should approve your claim automatically. the probelsm is the laws ther is laws that protect the governemtn but none to protect the veteran. The Fed gov NPRC has admitted and apoligized for losing my records but the VA denies my claims why, even after giving them letters from NPRC the fed gov. After waing 6 years I am now waiting for the board of appeals why because the fed gov does not care if the fed gov lost your records. HE right once you come back they dont care, i wrote the white house my state politicians, NOBODY CARES one because Im a women veteran. the best advice DO NOT serve
