Everyone that has filled up water in a bathtub or a sink and pulled the drainplug out to emthy the water, knows what happens in this film...This is just the last stage in a wather-power-plant costruction periode, they blow out the "drainplug"/ bottom in the lake that is used as a storage/magasin for water.And the air innsaid the tunnel is escaping through the water.
