  • at 2:19 he tosses the arbiter off the edge so how do the covenent get it back

  • Elite at 0:53 "What. . .the . . . . eff"

  • didn't know bruce was in halo

  • his name is forge? lol

  • hey arby were not weak! fuck you!

  • "like the rest of your race, weak, and undisciplined"? Really? Dude, hate to gun you down, but you got pwned by a MARINE. ONE marine, not even a spartan, just pwned your ass into the ground, and still had the strength to make a witty remark :D seriously, even if he had died, I woulda given him 9/10 for the awesome barrell-rolls and sick shooting! HUMAN RACE FTW!!!!!!!

  • Lol forge had total trigger finger lol

  • Comment removed

  • That's pretty freaky when arbiter picked up forge with one hand

  • hes retarded for doing that to the core all he did was break it give the arbiter a chance to hide and kill himself

  • I still don't get why Forge didn't shoot the arbiter's head when he got the chance.....

  • @AsKSniperMagician You obviously haven't played any of the games then ... Only guns you'll get a headshot kill with are the sniper rifle and rocket launcher , and even then the rifle might take 2 on anything higher than easy.

  • @RGavin11 ....this is the cutscene, not the in game, besides if you want to go that far, he literally has like a whole magazine full of bullets, and the Pistol is headshot-able if you dont know. Let's just say it takes 4 bullets to take down his shield, he has like 8 shots to put it through the arbiter's head, but instead he went for his hand.

Plus, you can't get headshots with rocket...maybe get your facts right first??

  • @AsKSniperMagician Fair enough. If Arby had a shield instead of metal armour , your logic would be true. But the few shots he had plowed into the Arbiter had no effect , and he probably wanted to go fisticuffs anyway ...

Oh , and it is possible to get a headshot with a rocket. It's just very tricky , and impossible for me to attempt without cheating and using a target dummy. Most direct hits with a rocket are a kill anyway ...

  • @RGavin11 seems reasonable with the rocket getting a headshot. But anyone who took a bullet to the head is gonna die anyway XD i guess is more of a cinematic need for the cutscene

  • @AsKSniperMagician It'd be a really crap fight if you kill the commander of an alien army with one shot ... or would it ?

    (10 hours later)

    Yeah , it would.

  • @RGavin11 u can get a headshot with a rocket launcher? u dumbass...

  • @TeamTaco117 Yep. Also known as getting blasted in the face , it's a very rare kill. Less so when you're rocket jumping above them , but that's for 'teh noobs' ...

  • i mean spartan 2's

  • lol talk about op spartans this shouldnt be counted as canon, elites were on average as strong as spartans 3 often more so. here they get moped all over by three spartans lol? when mastr chief has trouble in a hand to hand battle with just one that BS plus the elites had no guns at all the whriters set them up for a lose couldave had leave let them take out some spartans. might have been a bit more acceptable

  • @asgarnon with nothing but pikes for battle, those elites would have lost against ordinary marines

  • @asgarnon they are equal in strength but not at combat skills. spartans have better teamwork and training which is why it takes a bunch of them to almost kill one

  • @asgarnon @mamobster1500 Actually, while Elites and Spartans are physically equal, Spartans are on average more skilled as fighters. In Ghosts of Onyx, 11 Spartans (half of whom are S-IIIs wearing inferior SPI armor) hold off against an assault wave of 90 Elites and 6 Hunters. Even in First Strike, the only reason the Chief has trouble against the Spec-Ops elite is because he's already worn out from the events of Halo CE, and even then, it's clear that he's the more skilled fighter.

  • @umbrellashotgunman In one of the books didn't they say Chief fought or wrestled with a brute and almost lost with his suit on?

  • @turnermic17 Yes, he had trouble with that particular Brute, but once again, it was only because the Chief and his armor were still badly banged-up from the events on Halo. Hell, one of the newer books has a fully-rested SPARTAN-II in brand-new armor taking down a Brute in a fist-fight.

Also, the fight with the Elite actually happens in the same book; again, Chief was still recovering from Halo (plus the Elite wouldn't die even after being shot multiple times after losing shields).

  • @asgarnon Hell, just look at the games; there are plenty of parts in Halo 1 and 2 where Chief ends up having to single-handily fight 3-2 Elites at once. And at the end of Halo Reach, you had to take down a Field Marshall and three other Zealots by yourself. Also, in The Cole Protocol, it's explicitly stated that Thel 'Vadam and Jai-006 would have killed each other had they fought, despite the fact that Thel is much better than the average Elite, while Jai has no energy shields.

  • @umbrellashotgunman well not explicitly stated. Its just said that they were equally strong, Thel admits that. He says "Equally matched with a human." Sorry to butt in on the conversation, but I read the books as well and couldnt help talking to another reader :) about half-way through 'ghosts of onyx' right now but I think 'fall of reach' is my favorite. i like how the books better explain the time line, for instance, during the events of halo 3, there are still surviving spartans out there :')

  • @EpicWin0CriticalFail I don't know, I think the quote "Thel suddenly realized that they would both die, fighting to the very end, equally matched" is pretty explicit. ;) Anyways, yeah, it's nice to talk someone else who actually reads the books. Hell, it's annoying when people say crap without even consulting something as basic as one of the two Halo wikis.

  • @umbrellashotgunman Well, yeah, thats pretty explicit but it still seems to only count as an explicit Metaphor for the fact that they would have killed each other :D the book didnt literally state that they would've killed each other had they kept fighting, only that in Thel's opinion there was a good chance of it. Yeah, I just saw Halo: the Flood on a shelf one day, and decided, "i cant pass this up" :) now I've collected and read them all, cant wait for the forerunner series, should be awesome

  • @asgarnon Last thing, there's also a scene in Ghosts of Onyx (which I should note has the same author as First Strike) where Kelly-087 takes down three sword-wielding Elites in hand-to-hand combat (basically, she disarms one of them, and proceeds to cut them up). Hell, there's a scene in the book where another SPARTAN kills a Hunter with only his hands.

  • @asgarnon I thought it was a brute he trouble with not an elite. The only trouble he had with elites was getting past their shields

  • 1:32 Betryal

  • cool

  • best one

  • I bet that last spartan talking was the chief.

  • @KnightOperator no it was red leader cheif was the leader of blue squad

  • @KnightOperator so u lose what i did i win?

  • @KnightOperator you're wrong, he's not

  • *pwns

  • Spartans pens everything

  • They are not friggin spartan III they are II because Wars takes place 20 years before the original Halo and spartan III were basically the same thing w/ lighter armor

  • Well...they do NOT make energy swords like they used to.

  • 1:27-1:33 best part

  • Can someone explain this to me please. The end of Halo 3 arbitter wasnt killing anyone, nor were the elites, and the next games following there at war, how did this happen?

  • @gordenfreeman43 This is a different arbiter than the one in halo 3. The elites were originally on the covenants side until the end of halo 2, where they joined the humans when the prophets ordered the brutes to exterminate the elites. however, halo wars is set way before halo 2 (or even halo one think!) so the elites were still on covenant side at this point, which is why the Spartans decide to kick ass in this vid :P hope this helped :)

  • @ledgesleeper thx, i sort of understand now

  • @gordenfreeman43 no problem pal :)

  • It's like the futuristic version of Thermopylae, only the Spartans actually win this time.

  • didnt they have a truce? or did the humen race break that truce?

  • Getting punched in the chest by a 700 lb reptile and still fighting back. What a man.

  • AWESOME! 3 spartans vs 100 elites and spartans win in 40 seconds

  • Nolan North best voice actor ever...

  • Arbiter: "my face will be the last thing your pathetic eyes see"

    -stabs-

Arbiter: "oww my fucking ulcer you dick!"

  • I live how he does all this crazy shit to the arbiter, then the arbiter just has him with one punch lol. fucking bruiser that he is

  • R.I.P Mighty Arbiter :'(

  • They need to make a movie like this

  • Why weren't the spartans this B.A. in Reach?

  • @lilsk8erbro They are Spartan III (Jorge is the exeption) whereas these are Spartan II. And the elites in Reach are actually competant compared to the horrifically dissapointing halo wars elites.

  • @Criticalbackstab You'd think that Spartan III would be better than Spartan II......

  • @lilsk8erbro Nah Spartan III were rushed and mass produced. There was hundreds of them and only 75 or so Spartan II.

  • @lilsk8erbro they were spartans III

  • are any master cheif?

  • @Deltahunter99 No. These spartan's are on red team, chief was on blue team before Reach fell.

  • 01:20 That looks like Thel Vadam, but it aint! Am i right?

  • how epic would it be if halo wars was an FPS. thumbs up for that

  • @becool2q2 they actually have it. it's called Halo: Combat Evolved

  • 69000 view lol

  • are red team Spartan II or III

  • @kellyroy651 spartan ll

  • It would've been more epic if the elite guards didn't have down syndrome and had plasma rifles.

  • Arbiter is Freaking Huge!!

  • @kingholla87 That's waths she said

  • its not thel vaddam its a different one

  • @cyberschafer5 Its Ripa Moramee, or Shirley

  • @cyberschafer5

Yeah, and personally, I thought this arbiter was a hell of a lot cooler that thel vaddam, despite dying like a chump. Thel vaddamn was a goddamn pansy to me

  • @cyberschafer5

yeah no one seems to realise that there was fucking loads of arbiters

  • @cyberschafer5 It's Ripa 'Moramee that Forge kills, right?

  • And so, The Prophet decided it was better for the Elites to use weapons.......

  • How are 3 spartans able to take on all those honor guards???

  • @mamobster1500 um, how about they are spartans and they have been trained in combat since they were children, just like the spartans that fought persia long ago

not to mention they have been genetically enhanced along with their armor which gives them extreme speed and reflexes. in the original spartan program, 150 children were viable candidates, 75 trained and only about 30-34 survived the genetic enhancement

  • @hellsjanitor666 I know that but arent those Sangheli? Shouldnt they be just as strong and agile? It doesnt make sense that a small group takes on that many.

  • all of the elites have been trained for a short while like many soldiers in any army so they all have the same fighting style, the spartans have learned this style and can quickly adapt to any change, but since spartans have been trained since childhood, they have made their own style of fighting, so they are all unpredictable, meaning that the elites will be at a major disadvantage during a fight. this is why the spartans always win unless faced with at least a few thousands of enemies.....EACH

  • @hellsjanitor666 interesting, but ive seen elites whip ass too lol.

  • does that clear it up for you?

BTW thumbs up for extreme comprehension and explanation

  • also, 'good job' because you know the elites name for their own race

  • When i played this i was like WTF!

How could a honour gaurd get owned that fast?

Arbiter is too strong how the fuck did he got taken down?

    Somebody explain?!?!

  • @nerfmaster33 First of all this is a different arbiter then you play as in halo 2 and 3. Second of all first Sgt. Forge stabs him in his jaw so he drops the energy sword and then Forge stabs him in the chest (With that energy sword)

  • @UnitedOCDGamerz i know bur man elites are hard that is pretty fakegetting ur sword stealed

  • If a Major ranked elite is suppose to match a spartan 3 then why are three Spartans capable of taking a bunch or honor guards. Rather those are some shitty honor guards or this scene is fucked and goes against the set rule of major elite = Spartan.

  • @FrogWalrus Not even a Zealot=Spartan II.

  • @FrogWalrus they werent even Honour Guards, they had no special armour or nuffin, just big spears lol

  • Is that how the last Arbiter died before... you know.. Arbiter??

  • spartans all the way

  • how the fuck does he tackle the Arbiter?

  • Arbitter: " like the rest of your race, week and undissiplined" (Spartan runs towards elite jumps and takes a 360 and shoots elite in the head)

  • john is spartan 117 right?

  • @Satenc0 yes

  • Thats why you dont mess with spartans they will kick ur alien ass

  • these ar how spartans are suppose to fight

  • Soo bad, thoose elites didnt have shields and 3 Spartan took down like 10 honor guard and forge kicked än arbiters ass, wtf the arbiterS are the best f-cking fighters of all time and a fucking human pushed him around....man halo wars is fuuuucked up

  • I'll watch it in high quality if you upload it. :/

  • that was arbiter???

  • @lewkyr What, the halo 2/3 arby? Nah dude, this was when they were still high-ranking dudes and shit. This is when they were bad-ass. This is when...........

  • Those honor guards arent very good at fighting

  • humans maybe weak but thats why we invented SPARTANS to kick some ass

  • how is arbiter dead?

  • @Shmeli100 That's a different Arbiter. Not the Halo 2/3 Arbiter, he's the guy before him

  • No the last thing he'll see is him shoving your GD blade in ya gut Bitch lol!

  • god, this was so moronic. halo wars is obviously utter shit

  • @Nikitns You're just a fucking retard that's too dumb to play strategy games. Nuff' said.

  • sometimes i wounder why sgt forge isn't a Spartan

  • @tocotouchdown He's probably like sgt. Johnson, went into the spartan program but just not good enough to be a spartan.

  • I hate how weak they make Elites in this game.

  • @shoopdawhoop217 they aren't, spartans are just stronger

  • I don't like how the only way sargent forge can win is with a cheap shot

  • @bournechupacabra I would say the bigger "cheap shot" was using a cloak field while behind Forge to try and kill him.

  • @leoarispe Well in that case, the biggest cheap shot was using a giant machine to try and crush the arbiter! that one doesn't annoy me as much, it's just the fact that it looked like he was going to die with honor or something but instead pulls that off and acts like hes the biggest badass ever. don't get me wrong, forge is cool, I just believe the arbiter is better in most ways

  • halo wars gameplay was shit but the cutscens were great i hope they remake it in to a shooter

  • Bye bye to arbiter

  • to be Elite Honor Guards they are so weak

  • @SweIsak They weren't weak.. its just that the Spartan were SOO GOOD at kicking their ASS

  • halo wars is a piece of crap but all the others are cool

  • any one else notice that this was 20 years beforre the halo event and these spartan would have jsut got their MRK IIV armour they would be at least 17-25 years old?

  • @halogrunt100 It's MRK III not IIV

  • @TheCreamofwheat lol soz cant write roman numerals

  • @halogrunt100 Nice observation. exactly what comes to mind when Forge refers to the spartan as "son". just a couple of kids trained and enhanced to perform the duties of a full grown super soldier. lolllz

  • @madmanzbecrazy hey i also think the youngest spartan was probly around 15-17 during that time also was forge a spartan 1 like jhonson?

  • Why would the covenant only sent out elite minors

  • I like how he just shoot arbiters hand instead of his head.

  • Comment removed

  • You guys do realize that forge would've actually died, if the arbiter didn't grant him his "look me in the eyes" deathwish right?? Forge already lost the fight from 1:17 , yet he used his sneaky tactics to kill the arbiter....

  • @44axel4 Note the time on that. ;3

  • @incinerator327

    Well duhh :3

  • You talk about the spartans what about sergeant forge he owns an arbiter lol

  • if i were any of the Spartans, probably be the guy with the shotgun and the idaf attitude

  • ellets worst nightmare Spartans

  • LOVE ALL HALO GAMES! i have halo gameplay on my channel

  • @ViDeoDuDe1928 what do you mean they came after noble team? the events in this game was set 20 years before reach or any of the other halo games

  • The guy above me is a true halo fan

  • I love being a Halo nerd, a lot of people don't know things, I almost know everything. (Lore wise)

  • @GreyWolfOfPeace OK, what happened to the Spirit of Fire?

  • @GreyWolfOfPeace you getting primordium?

  • @GreyWolfOfPeace Same...

  • @GreyWolfOfPeace ive bin playing halo sinse i was 4 and i almost know evry thing about it like who the hiorocks are and oracels and there were exactaly 3889 abiters and none of them are related man i teaching my freinds about it im what you call a utra halo nerd the first thing i looked up on the internet was halo story then all these years ive bin a halo nerd

  • @Dusty9261 Maybe you should learn how to spell while you're at it..

  • @Archean217 LOL I second that

  • @Dusty9261 have you read the books as well?

  • My favourite bit is when the spartan throws the arbiter's body off the edge

  • why the fuck arent the fucking spartons on reach this badass now that would be cool not to mention we wouldt of lost reach!

  • @redhood2552 Spartan III's aren't as acrobatic as Spartan II's. Also, these guys came after Noble team, so there were many improvements made to the super soldier program.

  • @ViDeoDuDe1928 I'm pretty sure as this Arbiter came way before the one who (formerly) led the Fleet of Particular Justice (the Arbiter of Halo 2), this is pre-Reach by a lot. I've never played this game, but just my observations

  • @redhood2552 Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I believe these guys WERE on the ground at the Fall of Reach. This is SPARTAN Red Team, yes? They kicked ass defending the ODP generators, but got swarmed by the sheer thousands of Covenant troops, and as a result the ODP were lost and the space battle became hopeless

  • @PMHSSOCCERno6 Red Team had alot of spartans.

  • those 46 aliens who disliked this was the family members of the elites who were humilated in this battle

  • Hmm like41 elites v three Spartans and forge. Spartans win

    Spartans 1 elites 0

  • ya know, its funny... it's like those elites had no shields at all!

  • I would happily exchange all 3 of these Spartans just to get Chief x] He'd fucking rape them.

  • @ReconSparton those spartans are almost as equivilant to the chief havent you read the books? if you havent shut the fuck up and dont post things you dont know :)

  • I want more cutseens like this in halo 4

  • If Arbiter dies here, then whats he doing in Halo 2 and 3???

  • @NobleWaseemSix The Arbiter is a title given to an elite, and the armor that he wears is unique. This was the Arbiter before the one in Halo 2 and 3.

  • That was awsome

  • Master Chief got an F in math so he took out a shotgun and beat his teacher to death. He then realized that it was a substitute, so he decided to join the military and kill aliens.

  • @nigaredguycolin um actually he was abducted at the age of 6 and was forced into military training to become one of the few people to make past the training to become one of the most advanced human fighting forces that ever lived.... read the books

  • Why the hell can't ya do that crazy shit in the other halo games haha

  • i didnt know chuck norris had siblings WOW!!!

  • That is how spartans are supposed to be. Acrobatic and awesome.

  • @Purjolok93 the armor weights half a ton....

  • @Purjolok93 Yeah, not whiny, bitchy, worthless, and dying. (Reach)

  • Burning sun shin means that u r wasting time

  • ah, Nolan North

best game voice actor there is

  • that dude has the balls 2 fight that abiter face 2 face

  • for those who think its halo 3 good guy arbiter. its not arbiter is the coventants way of rank sargent

  • @101cgk your right on the arbiter being different but the arbiter in 2 and 3 had the choice to become a slave to the military or to die for letting the chief destroy the 'sacred ring'

  • how do you burn sunshine?

  • @xmeshxp he means that they are wasting time.

  • eiltes should have won.

  • @erer270 Why should have the eiltes won?
