Another winner! Thanks for the tips. I didn't know about "sealing" the cake with corn syrup. Not too sweet either. Makes it quite elegant. Elegance on a budget! You gotta love it. Also, thanks for the tip about not cooking when you're in a bad mood. That would explain why my mother-in-law always says that my cooking makes her sick hahaha!! (joking, mom)
