Why malady..? I go Black Cleaver instead. Then instead of the Frozen Mallet, I go for Last Whisper, since I dunno, I think total annihilation is the best protection haha. The speed you get on Q is already completely ridiculous with Cleaver, Greaves, and Phantom anyways.

i like your build, buit i usually replace the Vampiric Scepter with a Doran's Ring due to the mana regen since i eat through my mana like crazy, but i think i'll give the sceptera try, also i havnt been using the Malady, so i think i'll give that a try out too. otherwise our builds are the same :)

you can always get stark's fervor but i usually get that on tanks like olaf
