When I make the tortilla thongs I fry themm and put in a big ziploc bag while they're still kind of moist and then put in sugar and cinamon and just shake the bag up! I think it's much easier and is awesome!!!:)
Do you have a recipe for mango and black bean salsa....I had this a few years back and fell in love with it!! Thanx for all the great recipes and tips, your great!!
I cannot wait to make this! My whole family loved the "watermelon bomb" for summer! Anything sweet or quick and easy are my fabvorite picks! Awesome video!
my mom makes a similar salsa but adds mangos not apples. sooo good. im trying your way next! also does the chips like yours. another way too, pizza dough (more starch :/) but so good!
I would like to see some really quick dinner ideas. I have no time to cook dinner with school and work and I find myself eating very unhealthy because of it! If you could do that, that would be amazing! =]
I love this recipe and the idea for the chips is great!! I so want to know where you got the apple corer/peeler/slicer!! Its hard to find the answers in the comments so could you visit my pg and let me know?? Thanks, I love you and your daughters videos!! I will definitely follow on Twitter...♥
In what aisle do you normally find the apple jelly? and would bananas be good with this salsa? I ask because I kno they can oxidise and turn brown. but I guess a little bit of lemon juice would do the trick!
looks awesome, but what I would have done different is i would have fried the tortillas and then sprinkled them with the sugar while they are still hot, not baked them. That way they are SUPER crispy! :)
Could be also done with puff pastry and pie pastry? (by pie pastry I don't mean like cake, but that mixture that's more like biscuit) What do u think?
I've seen all your videos and love them, you should do something special for Halloween! =) Love from Gran Canaria (Canary Islands)!
where can i find a food chopper?

I love that this recipe is fairly healthy. Definitely a good idea for a dessert. :)
Also, have you considered commenting on composting certain kitchen waste? I think it's a great message to send to your viewers.
Thanks for the helpful videos! I've learned a lot from you.

Instead of using that zester/peeler thing you should use a fine grater (like for hard cheeses).
It makes very very tiny pieces that you can't really see and it makes it so much more flavorful.
Whereswaldoxx 2 years ago
That is another option. Thanks for the great suggestion.

What's a good kiwi alternative?
BunnyRabbitD 2 years ago
Not sure. Bananna would be good in it and the juice from the orange would help prevent it from turning brown.

soonfully 2 years ago
salsa means sauce. sauce is something you dip in. she dipped the chip in the sauce. thus, it is salsa.
thisishersong 2 years ago 4
'cause you dip the chips in like a salsa...
