  • lol bloor station Toronto

  • What program did u use?

  • 2 seconds? But you did a good job. You have talent. Now you can expand on it! :)

  • Knowing, anyone?

  • Now do it in rush-hour with 10-car sets.

  • it would have been easier for you just to have gotten two subways and smashed them together.

  • Imagine Working A Whole 12 months, Only to realise the Video is only 12 Seconds. Lol Still nice work!

  • Toronto subway at Bloor station

  • It looks good, but it shouldn't take 2 months, if you know exactly what you doing it could be done for less than 4 days

  • @buzzie114 I think it took that long because of limited computational power and not because of limited skill.

Rendering things like this takes up more HDD space, CPU cycles and RAM that you might think. The time required increases exponentially on smaller computers. The hollywood industries all have multi-million-dollar server farms for rendering these things. Most of us only have our home computer.

  • @MinecraftFun Yes i know that hollywood has that kind of farms to render, but it's only necesarly for very huge projects, like for 2012 movie Avatar etc! but example that we see here is just a small 3d enviroment with some animation, + animation is 3 for 3 seconds only, so it's not fair to comapre this to hollywood, our days PC Core i7 for example should done rendering that kind of scene for 2-3 hours max. But im not saying that this is bad job, it's realy cool by the way.

  • @buzzie114 I think you're underestimating just how much detail was added to this scene, and just how long it takes to render all that detail. This'd easily take more than a couple of hours on an i7, and it's not that common that you find someone willing to run a very powerful computer for days at a time - the energy bill would be through the roof. More often than not, things like this are rendered over time on P4s etc. - low energy, low noise, low cost computers.

  • @MinecraftFun I know how detailed it is, but still is not that huge, im not saying because i think so, i saying because i have experience with that stuff, im working in the studio doing that for long time, and we have some very good 3d animators thats work in our studio, and they doing very big projects sometimes.

  • :)

  • looks so real.

  • 40 second wasted.....

  • Very Good Job

  • Game developer's must have it hard

  • Well done boy!

  • looks great . i really like this

  • Awesome!

  • Looked much better without the color grading

  • Wow i thought it was real. You are really good :)

  • animation is hard, 2 months to make that 2 second vid, i never knew. good job

  • @divotankwhore I can't imagine how human could make transformers movie

  • watching this , only the word COUNTERSTRIKE came to my mind... If you did this animation , TRY SOMETHING HARDER AND SELL IT!

    :-)

    you're good!

  • be gone you foul thing! you mock the lords power of creating things in 3D! jk i thought it be to say that....lol

  • Sir. You shouldn't be on Youtube, you should somewhere making animation for Videogames or 3D movies. Go you.

  • awesome ..

  • yEAH MAN,,, congratulations u have too much talent... keep workin and dont give attention to bad critics...

I am studying that 3D effects and motions effects.

    THATS AWESOME!

  • This would be a terrific ad to get people to board the subway further down instead of overcrowding the last two cars.

  • it sucked

  • @ceaserism haha and could I see some of yours? NO! because you can't do it!

  • @BinnyNL tushei

  • @ceaserism Touche*

  • you should do some transformers

  • Hey, that's better than the effects on some TV dramas!!

  • You are a genius

  • was this for Knowing w/ Nick Cage?

  • Now you know what a special effects artist feels like every Hollywood movie. Multiply your work time by 6 for every action scene.

  • @TheAdventureJake

yeah, cause there is JUST ONE guy for the special effects.

  • @TheAdventureJake Not true, They have whole teams dedicated to working on action scenes, You'd be surprised by how fast you can actually do stuff like this with the right training :D

  • toronto subway lol!

  • i bet it was

  • good job man. u got a future in this for sure, keep it up.

  • whoa.... when i first saw this as a thumbnail over on the right, i thought somebody was gonna get their coat caught in the door, or something. amazing.

  • I first thought lame?

But then with the explanation (steps) i thought it was awesome and i even laughed a little XD

  • you should've made this the new york metro cause they deff have accidents.

    but anyway this is awesome(:

  • so nice wow u really wanted to make that

  • Awesome! Did you work like all day during those 2 months? And how do you get it so realistic in measures, are there some moulds to follow beforehand?

  • ahaa! TTC xD

  • what did you expect

  • can you tell me which one it is??

  • this is awesome, but in 2 seconds we couldn't see all details in this scene...

    I saw only:

    cam move

    train

    crashing walls

    debris

    sparks

    n1ce job anyway!

  • Good Job man

  • very good

  • good jobbbbbbb

  • Outstanding! 5 Stars!
