  • This is truly a form of art, in the highest degree. Never before has the female voice struck me with such conviction or emotion.

  • haaaaa que tranquilisante

  • What language is this? I always liked this song =)

  • It's Russian :)

  • 咩話.......?

  • Wow......REAL MUSIC! Kind of a rarity nowadays....

  • Look up Ke$ha Tik Tok. Believe me, you will be happy the internet exists as a way to find actual music that isn't forced through your ears.

  • @PsychoKrazyTime Lawl. I 100% agree there. That song makes me wanna stab myself in the face with a steak knife.

  • very nice. :D

  • my favorite is moon

  • @RIPcaseycalvert911 Origa's version of it you mean? Which she only sung live at a concert. Gabrielle Robin (or Yokko Kanno, whichever you prefer to believe) is the original singer for it. Though, it's easy to get confused because it's exactly Origa's style and it's so beautiful like her other works.

  • Gorgeous song, thank you for posting OP. ^^

  • its good but itd be better if i kan understand it so 4/5 :) is there a translation version?

  • @ionman333 sorry for the late reply. but listening to this in another language. such as english would ruin the song.

if you really want to know what's being sung i recommend looking up some text translated lyrics and reading them as it's sung =3

  • @thespeg Agreed, english would take away something about this song...

  • Прям Anya какаято

  • Great song, thanks for posting

  • Ohh, this is one of my favourites! Puts me to sleep very well...the very song to take you away from the worries of this world. Love it!

  • i never really understood why this song got onto the "Best of Origa" cd and not the other version of it.

  • Other version?

    You've peaked my interest

Also: almost 30 thousand views =D

  • i think i know what yourutsuki means,

the first1 was at her first cd ORIGA (1994), the other1 was also released in 1996 but so far i know its not on the best of.

and please dnt confuse it white the in 1996 Lirica ('96 Version) was released from the cd Aria (1996) and on the best of cd, very diffrent songs than this 1

  • so beautiful! i love origa's songs!

  • Does anyone else thinx that Japanese and Russian looks a bit similar? There is a lot of songs in Japanese which I was listning and my friends in Latvia were really thinking that it was Russian music lol

  • Well, you probably know this (or not), but the singer Origa was working with Yoko Kanno (sp?) for the "Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex OST".

    So yeah, it intersects from there. >_>;

  • Yep i know that ^ ^

But not only Origa russian songs looks a bit Japaneese! But a lot of Japaneese songs that I was listening and my friends said that they taught that artists were singing Russian! ;)

  • XD Well then, I don't know how to reply to that. But I kinda agree with them on a certain extent.

    Like, when you're listening to "Rise", when Origa sings the Russian part, I mistook some lyrics as Japanese because they sounded like (what I call it cause I don't know how to call it) 'simple pro./terms'. (ex. something like "ki-su-ga" is heard, but it's Russian). So yeah. >_>;;;

  • Know the feeling. I think part of it has to do with the open and distinct vowels in both languages. Both languages are well suited for the clarity of soprano voices, I think.

  • TheMetroRock Japanese is different from russian and for me its easy to see the difference between them

  • dekametr - it's because u don't know russian)

  • This is indisputably one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard.

  • Орига, как всегда, мечтательно романтична.

  • there can i download origas songas..?

  • is this russian or japanese?

  • it's a russian song :)

  • thanks for the music .

i actually prefer it like this with a fixed image of a landscape, it helps concentrating on the music
